CAREGIVER CONTRIBUTION INFORMATION

The cost for our programs is based on $10.00 per hour. This is the amount we use when applying for grants and receiving donations to reflect the cost of running the program. As a 501C3 nonprofit organization, the donations and grants we receive subsidize the expenses of the programs, relieving some of the financial burden on the caregiver. The ability to pay is NOT a requirement and we have several options to cover the costs.

When we talk with you, we will discuss the following options:

• Caregiver covers the full suggested amount, as outlined above.    

• Caregiver covers a specified portion of the suggested contribution.

• Caregivers apply for a voucher through the Colorado Respite Coalition (CRC), part of Easter Seals of Colorado to be used for respite services. These vouchers may also be used with other participating partners within Eagle County. If interested, let us know and we will help with the process.

Caregiver Connections will subsidize any costs not covered by the above options, which are not mutually exclusive. You may change your options at any time and will not be denied services based on ability to contribute.

We we will come up with the best plan for you. Then, you will receive a monthly statement, listing the hours of participation and agreed upon contribution amount, if any.

Caregiver Connections is a 501c3 nonprofit, so any contributions are tax deductible.
